After Jack has finally recovered from the crash of the Dallar and a brief beta phase of being a Cyborg, he is now suffering the effects of S.W.A.G. withdrawal and must travel across the wasteland in search of a cure. Meanwhile, his past is catching up with him as a new branch of the Devil's Right Hand, his old military group, is tailing him from the shadows...
